"The complementary breakfast was the BEST. The food was good, even though we came in to eat late (almost shut-down time) the food was hot and very appetizing, and the coffee was WONDERFUL! Best I had all weekend! Almost everything else was great, the one big issue, there was a cup of soda left on the desk when we checked in. I realize this was probably just an oversite and I disposed of it so it was all good. Other than that, no complaints. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again and recommend to others. "

"The front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping staff all were warm and welcoming. Our river view room was clean, the king bed was very comfortable and the furniture charming and in touch with the character of this historic building. Upon check in we were offered complimentary champagne - a nice touch. The complimentary managers afternoon reception provided nice drinks and snacks. We enjoyed a tasty cooked to order breakfast in the restaurant & the speakeasy drinks were awesome. We enjoyed Savannah and we would stay again at the River Street Inn."
