This charming old southern home is nestled in the Historic Marble Springs District under 200 year old Live Oak Trees. With 2 soothing queen beds, a nice bathroom featuring a soaking tub and glass corner shower, full kitchen, office space and convenient amenities like WiFi, AC, On Site Parking, guests will feel right at home.

**The kitchen is located on the 1st floor while the Living Room, Bedrooms & Bathroom are located on the 2nd floor only accessible by a flight of steps. For easier access please consider one of our other suites with minimal steps: Mockingbird Inn- Magnolia, Azalea, Willow or Fern Suites** We can also accept pets in The Willow, Magnolia, Azalea & Fern. $75 Non-refundable Pet Fee.
