This charming studio is perfect for two people consisting of a combined living room/bedroom with a queen bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, DirectTV and internet, and a full bathroom. Note a third person can be accommodated as there is a single air mattress as well. The building is next door to the Ocean City Convention Center, plus a short walk to a number of dining establishments including the Dough Roller, Belly Busters, Seacrets and the 45th street TapHouse. You can walk a block to the beach or take a quick drive south to the downtown attractions like the famous OC Boardwalk, Jolly Roger and the Inlet. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. Property rents any 3 nights all year! Guest supplies sheets and towels. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package includes sheet sets for both beds, and towel sets for 3 people. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. For a family/couple that is constantly on the go and doesn’t need more than eat/sleep, this is a great place to be. If you spend a lot of time in the room, it’s probably not for you as it’s a studio and doesn’t have any “sitting area”. The balcony furniture is great for reading and morning, evening coffee space. We had no issues with neighbors. We enjoyed the pool tables in the common area. Instead of going out for dinner Saturday and Sunday and cook breakfast and lunch the three days we stayed we had to do all all meals after Saturday mornings attempt to cook breakfast.
