Awesome !
This place was amazing .. It was clean .. roomie.. the beds wer very comfy .. showers wet spacious and water pressure was nice .. our only complaint was it wasn't close enough to the beach .. carrying a lot of stuff for 2 kids and a baby was a lot .. but overall it was the best time we've had and the cleanest place we've stayed in OC as far ..

We had a great time. The location was perfect for what we needed for the dance competition we were attending. The condo was gorgeous. Only two things… there was sand still in the tub and on the master bed mattress when we arrived but otherwise it was great!

Beautiful condo. Well maintained and very clean. My only suggestion is to get new mattresses covers and pillows. We ended up purchasing pillows on our own at Walmart which was no big deal. Thanks for hosting a wonderful vacation!

We travel quite a bit as a family and this condo was hands down our favorite thus far. It was very clean, had easy access, is a well-maintained property, has great parking, shabby chic style that was spot-on, beautiful views out the master bedroom and living room….no complaints‼️

Nice Condo
The owner Fred is very responsive and helpful. Very nice condo with great location and great views of the bay. Everything is within walking distance including the beach, restaurants, shopping, Secrets....Having two separate bedrooms with three TVs was nice with the kids and there was a blow up mattress and pull out sofa for extra sleeping. Would recommend and stay here again.

Amazing!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable and convenient to restaurants, shopping and everything actually! We did have a burnt out light in the shower, never received our check in information (a little inconvenience) and had to clean (very dusty) upon check in. These were little inconveniences, but we enjoyed our stay!

Very nice, clean place. Management was confusing though. We ran into an issue with a fine and they were very mean to me on the phone and I couldn't even speak to them in person. Other than that, very good.

The keyless entry was very hard to use. It would open after at least 3+ tries. Bathroom faucet handle came off. The shower rod came down. The thermostat for the air conditioner was not working correctly. One remote for the TV was falling apart. View was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked.

Condo on the bay
This condo was very nicely decorated and clean with gorgeous views,the door to get into the condo was very difficult to turn took us multiple times when would enter or leave Very frustrating! The tv in the second bedroom did not work the entire stay also very frustrating because the person in the room couldn’t sleep without it, talked to the owner told us he would be down in a week to fix it, that didn’t help us at all. Nice place with a few issues !

It was okay
Just rented this condo for my wedding weekend 7/6/14. My bridal party stayed with me the night before the wedding and my husband and I honeymooned the rest of the week. Pros: The views are absolutely amazing, the king bed and two twin beds are very comfortable, the location is extremely close to the beach, the three TVs are very nice, the kitchen is very accommodating, the building overall is clean and maintained, there is security during the night. We actually got to see the fireworks because they were delayed a day this year and they are right outside the balcony. Cons: Parking is a mess in Ocean City. I called the owner when I got there to see if I could get the parking pass an hour early because nothing was available, but I never got a response. The pictures are deceiving. One of the french doors to the master bedroom is bolted shut so you can't open it and the other door doesn't open all of the way due to a dresser that doesn't fit in the room correctly. On top of that the king bed in the room is taking up almost the entire bedroom so it is awkward walking into the master bedroom. The shades that cover the windows and balcony don't open all of the way which was annoying because I wanted to see that amazing view from inside the condo. The light in the master bedroom shower doesn't always turn on. This was extremely annoying after getting to the condo late after touring D.C. on a 90 degree day. The shower is very dark even with the other lights on in the bathroom. Some wiring or something needs to be fixed there. The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable and the pull out bed is worse. Don't plan on using that as a bed. The condo in general could use a deep cleaning. I swept up a ton of sand right when we got there because the professional cleaners did not get it all. There was also a ton of lint and dirt underneath everything. The cleaners need to get underneath all of the beds and dressers with a broom and mop. Toilet paper and towels are not provided. I paid $80 for linens for the whole week, which I thought was ridiculous considering the price. Overall, the trip was fun and the condo was comfortable. I want the condo to be as advertised.

Decent place but a few issues
The location of this condo is perfect! We were able to get down to the boardwalk quickly (it helps that there's less traffic in April) and up to DE as well. We also really enjoyed the amenities in the building. My older boys played a lot of pool and used the workout room. My youngest son enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. We had a few issues that I have to comment on. First, the main reason we picked this place is because the listing said linens were included. When I got the check-in information it said they weren't included. I double checked with the host and asked them to please change the listing if that was the case. We ended up having to buy sheets ahead of time because we didn't have king sheets at home. When we got there, the check in codes were mixed up so we were trying to get into the building with the wrong code. We got it figured out but it also said press # and it was * instead. Small things but when it's raining and 10pm, you're ready to be inside! We never got the TV in the 2nd bedroom to work. We tried resetting the router and a few other fixes but nothing worked. I messaged the host and was told to unplug it and that should reboot it. It still didn't work. The final thing that happened was when we tried to wash clothes. I put the wet clothes in the dryer and it said the door wasn't closed correctly. I closed the door multiple times and it was still saying it wasn't closed so there was clearly a sensor malfunction. There's no drying rack in the condo so I was hanging wet clothes on hangers in the closet but we needed some of the items right away. I messaged the host again and was given the same message as for the TV, unplug it and that should reboot it. In order to unplug the stacked washer/dryer, my husband had to take the closet door off the hinges. We wouldn't have even been able to do that if we didn't have a few basic tools with us because there were none in the condo. Then my son had to stand on a chair to get to the plug while my husband tipped the unit forward. Luckily that worked and we were able to get the dryer to work. But that's a lot more effort than we should have to put out when on vacation. We enjoyed the space and since it rained one of the days we were glad that there was enough room for all 5 of us. The condo is nicely decorated with good furniture.

Great View from Lovely Balcony
The bay view from the balcony is lovely and peaceful. The balcony faces northwest and is shaded throughout the day, which is a huge plus. The 2 small tables and 4 chairs were enough for our party of 4 adults. The neighboring hotel pool presented no interference with our enjoyment, and we used the balcony frequently during our stay. The location of the condo is mid-town, but we did not hear traffic noise in this unit. There are many shops, restaurants, mini-golf places etc nearby. The parking area for the condo building offers plenty of spaces and is easily accessible from Ocean Highway. The Makai signage makes the building easy to spot in a forest of signs as we approached. The building is well maintained and quiet inside. The large indoor pool is clean and attractive. There is a pleasant furnished area in the lobby with many tables for playing cards or games, plus a separate billiards room that is well maintained. The restrooms in the lobby are also clean and well maintained. The unit is clean with pleasant, neutral decor. When we arrived there was leftover food from previous tenants in the kitchen (an open box of cereal under the sink, open bag of sugar in the cabinet) We also tossed the many packets of fast-food ketchup and sauce. The kitchen is stocked with a mismatched set of pots and pans that are badly scratched and scorched. The knives are dull. The drip coffee maker heating plate is badly rusted. There is one oven mitt and we needed more potholders. There is no cutting board and no measuring spoons. We did not find a colander. The kitchen is tiny with very limited counter and storage space. The pantry closet near the front door is helpful, but too far away from the kitchen itself. (not a simple fix) We moved the huge Kuerig coffee maker to make room on the counter. (There are 2 coffee makers) The master bedroom bed is comfortable. The king pillows on the bed are flat and poor quality. Additional standard size pillows in the closet are also flat. Fortunately, we brought our own pillows, since we have favorites. The master bath is attractive with plenty of cabinet and drawer storage. A towel hook near the shower would be a welcome addition to the long towel bar on the opposite wall. We reported the slow-draining master bath shower to the owner, and a plumber was promptly sent to clear it. The washer/dryer combo is quite adequate for a load of clothes and towels. This is a nice property. We do recommend it.

Perfect Vacation
We loved the condo and location! The decorations and furnishings were exactly as pictured and really made our stay enjoyable being in a place so nice, tidy and clean. We had everything we needed and could not have asked for more during the week we spent there. We would definitely stay again!
