"Gstaad is a great place to stay during winter time with snow and sunshine. The hotel was once again amazing including the service, restaurants, bar and spa with a heated outdoor pool. It is very expensive but the return is high. Hope to go there again next year."

"I had a wonderful stay here with family. Room was spacious, comfortable temperature, clean. Spa was also very well kept, pool water temp was also perfect. I must say, this hotel is NOT a 3-star hotel. It definitely feels like 4 star but the staff will make you feel so welcome and accomodate your needs so well, at times you will feel yourself at a 5 star hotel. However, one thing that stuck out is, when I asked if we could use the spa after check out and was told the hotel is fully booked and they weren't comfortable with that. In the 2 days we spent in the hotel the spa was pretty empty so this kind of left a bad taste in our mouths, especially because all the hotels, both 4 and 5 star I have stayed in have allowed guests to continue using spa facilities after checking out. Anyways, the rest of our stay was so nice, and they are probably not obligated to allow us to use the spa, so we can only show understanding here. "

"Lovely property and great staff. There is a bus stop near by and they also help shuttle you to the Gstaad train stop. They have a lot of small touches that you don’t find often these days (like in room breakfast option, water and nuts upon arrival. Would stay again for sure! "

"It is a once in a lifetime experience to stay in this property. Staff is top notch so is the property. Staff even went out of their way to prepare dinner for us where they had to reheat our ready to eats. If there were more than 5 stars for rating, I would give them all to this property. "
