"Parking was almost impossible Saturday evening probably b/c of an event scheduled. Phones not answered when tried prior to arrival. Short staffing probably was the reason for the dishes , glasses etc. covering all tables in lounge area on Sunday morning. Otherwise this is a beautiful hotel and we will book again and hope for improvement In these areas."

"Love the cleanliness of the property and hotel and so many options of restaurants my only suggestion is breakfast time every hr someone should check to clean the breakfasts are especially where the eggs where love they give you time to go and enjoy breakfasts but my Saturday breakfasts was sloppy sunday staff was more attentive to this matter other wise we will defenetly ho back and i can stop telling my friends about how much we enjoy our little get away oh yes the pool was one of my favorite...

"We have stayed here numerous times. It is quiet and tucked away in the woods. We noticed this time that amenities are a bit tired. From a toilet seat that was loose, soap dish in poor condition and an air conditioning system that is so loud that it sounds like a car revving it’s motor all night long. In our opinion, a 4 star hotel needs to keep things fresh, new and make sure things are working properly. "
