It was situated in the middle of downtown, which made it easier to find places. Wasn’t happy of the parking situation, as it’s few blocks down from the hotel and very the parking spots are narrow. However, there’s plenty of public and taxis available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Pros -Close but not too close to Zocalo -Our room (205) was quiet and well appointed, comfortable bed -Nice courtyard good for breakfast, excellent coffee -Very responsive and accommodating staff -Reasonable rates Cons -Key card had to be swiped up to six times to unlock door -No windows (so no natural ventilation) -Air conditioner VERY noisy -Bathroom plumbing leaked everywhere and lighting too dim -Laundry service took 24 hours more than promised

Staff is very helpful. Hotel provides group or individual transportation to any tour destination at reasonable prices. Hotel is clean and quiet considering it is very well situated. Close to most areas to visit in town as well as places to eat including restaurant in hotel for breakfast or early lunch.

The staff were really pleasant and the rooms were beautiful. The rooftop bar was fabulous and Ernesto made incredible drinks from fresh juices and his family’s local mezcal. He was the best bartender and the setting was really lovely.

Location is good - walking distance to main street and feels safe walking back at night. It has associated parking (not on premise though), but that is a huge benefit. Do not not all rooms have windows for fresh air (some are facing the lobby). Nice place and would consider re-booking

Staff is extremely helpful, my room 103 was clean and had high ceilings and spacious bathroom. Worth noting the parking lot is not onsite but a few blocks away. With that said, the staff is always available to walk you there and go with you to pick up or drop off the car. The staff also always left a new free water bottle in the room. Enjoyed the stay despite no windows in my room

We reserved a king bed and got a double. The window room is on the main floor about 15 feet from the road . We were offered a balcony instead which door opened into the lobby which was to be our balcony . There is a coffee maker but I had to purchase the pods at 45 pesos same as cafe. The staff was friendly polite and helpful.

By far the staff was the best. Front check service was fast and easy. The staff guys went above and beyond to bring us anything we needed. We asked for a beverage bucket and he brought us 2 different sizes. Just made you feel as if you were at home. The rooms are pretty basic, but very clean. It fit perfect for us, since we were gone sightseeing most of the day. We also liked we can get a quick bite and coffee in the early morning. At night it’s very quite, feels completely safe. Definitely would recommend this nice, convenient and comfortable hotel.

Excelente opción ubicada a unos pasos del centro pero lejos del ruido. Nosotras no llevamos auto pero es muy seguro para moverse caminando a todos los puntos importantes de la zona, aún en la noche (dos mujeres solas). La limpieza y mantenimiento del lugar son excelentes, cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle en todo momento. Pensamos que sería un hotel más básico, pero la habitación Jr Suite es muy amplia y con todo lo necesario como caja de seguridad, cafetera con cápsulas, botellas de agua que resurten diariamente, aire acondicionado, el agua de la regadera con muy buena presión y temperatura, además de que este tipo de habitación tiene dos buenas ventanas. Las camas son bastante cómodas y todo está perfecto para descansar. Tomamos desayuno en su restaurante varias veces y todo estuvo delicioso y a muy buen precio, funciona desde antes de las 7:30am y nos quedaba perfecto para salir temprano a algunos tours. Importante destacar la amabilidad y excelente atención y servicio de todo el personal. Todo estuvo genial y definitivamente lo recomiendo.
