« We visited Sonoma in late December and stayed at Bungalows 313. This is hands down the best property I've ever stayed at. We were in the ground level 2 bedroom unit (called Terra). Unit included fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large screen tv, a gas fireplace and a pullout couch (we did not use it, since there were only 3 of us), a dining room and 2 bathrooms (one full bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub, the other one was a small half bath). Two private patios on both side...

« This is the tiniest space. It’s a bed in a box. You want to turn around? You’d better do it outside. Extremely overpriced for a space smaller than ANY hotel room I’ve ever experienced. The circa 1982 fixtures just set the whole thing off. There is a fridge. No mini microwave. So bring back a leftover, but you’re eating it cold. We regularly go to Napa. We will never stay here again. »

« Great house in all the important ways but a few annoying glitches. The instruction book had 8 pages on the rules of bocce ball and zero on how to use the TV (which we never figured out how to use) or how to use the coffee machine (also never figured that out). Basketball hoop was a big plus for my son-in-law but all the basketballs were flat and we were told to find the pump (which we never found). Nice to have a peloton bike but it wasn’t connected to the internet. Little annoying stuff like...

« I can’t even put into words how beautiful the property is, very well put together and maintained. The scenery is astounding, rolling green hills, a creek cutting through the back of the property, fresh air. Great breakfast spots and wineries close by. « The room was good and is the resort. There was apparantly some issue sith parking that we were never given instructions for. The coffee maker is absolutely ridiculous! It must have cost about $5 20 years ago. The paper filters provided did not fit the machine snd the coffee provided was terrible. Considering the price of this rental I would have expected at least a Keurig. They only cost about $40 these days. »

« My family of four enjoyed our short stay at the cottage. Only thing wrong is we wish we could have stayed longer. Swimming in the beautiful pool was a treat and hearing the neighbor's roosters & chickens were a delight. Bonus for the cute cows next door too. It was clean, modern and comfortable. Short drive into the square and vineyard for our event. Also liked the sound machine in the bedroom. Thank for a lovely stay. »
