About the house…
You will stay in the main house, no-one else is will be on the property but you and your group. You’ll have plenty of parking in the driveway as well as street parking right out front. Central heating through out the house. The house is a little over 1,000 sq.

Our items are simple but adequate. We’ll add as we get suggestions, but keep the minimalist vibe.

The bedrooms...
Bedroom 1: Features a king-size memory foam bed and offering ample closet space for two.
Bedroom 2: Boasts a queen-size mattress with individually wrapped coils, and also includes generous closet space.
Bedroom 3: Provides a full-size memory foam bed with plenty of closet space.

The kitchen...
The kitchen comes equipped with the basics for cooking, including a gas cooktop, double ovens, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. The cabinets are stocked with the essentials—cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, and knives—so you’re ready to whip up a delicious homemade meal. There’s a cozy table, perfect for gathering around.


The living room...
The bay windows adds plenty of natural light. A full-sized leather couch with two fully reclining seats offers the perfect spot for an afternoon nap. More seating coming soon, but as of now this is what we have.


Bonus features…
Include a free washer and dryer conveniently located in the hallway closet, along with complimentary Free & Clear laundry detergent. For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior-only security cameras.

Guest stayed a few nights
Athena’s home is an excellent stay! She is an attentive host & excellent communicator! Her home is super clean, comfortable & thoughtfully stocked. It feels spacious for its size & everyone in our group felt comfortable & like they had privacy. Big backyard! The location is perfect! A safe neighborhood with driveway parking plus located right off the freeway makes traveling to SF or Oakland a breeze! Just a couple minutes from the farmers market & shopping/eats (Try Castro Valley Marketplace!).
Honestly, the perfect stay & would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Place was just as described. My family & I had an amazing peaceful stay. Home is in a nice area and will definitely be staying here again in the future. Athena was very quick to respond to any questions. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking at a place for a stay.
