Less than 5 min drive to Hayward BART Station, Cal State East Bay, downtown, restaurants, market, close to major freeways, 20 minutes to Oakland Intl Airport, 15 mins to Kaiser San Leandro. Street level and top floor with NO stairs to the condo.

Great Stay/ Lovely condo.
It was a perfect home to spend the holidays. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. I couldn't be happier. Having an off-street place to park is a huge plus.

The place was perfect for us! Close to our daughter and the events we had planned for the weekend. The beds were super comfortable. Kitchen is stocked well for small meals. Views were nice. Some neighborhood noise on Friday and Saturday night, but no big deal. Would 100% stay again!

Great for long term stsys
We live nearby and needed a place to stay for a home renovation. The price was right and location was convenient. It’s fairly close to downtown Hayward and had nice views. Kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer were helpful. The neighborhood is just ok but we knew that going in. Host was responsive and professional.
