"We loved the room, it was really spacious. we loved that we could walk to everything or get a ride in the ferry. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurants were different and convenient The parking situation was not ideal. They told us that parking was included with our room but we were charged anyway to get out of the parking garage, so I had to go back in and fill out a refund form with the staff, its been two weeks and they still have not refunded our parking fees. "Rooms could have been cleaner"

"This hotel was a great option for going to Universal. The shuttle bus is a nice amenity so you don’t have to worry about finding parking. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. My only complaint was the bad smell at the pool bar area. It smelled terrible while we were trying to relax and have a drink. Not sure if it’s a regular thing but it was there for the 2 nights we spent at the hotel. Other than that, the pool was very clean and relaxing. "
