Updated Oceanfront Beach House

The "Pink Pelican" was completely renovated in June 2020. We recently replaced living room furniture as well to seat more people. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is perfect for your family getaway. Downstairs consist of 2 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 Queen + a full size crib, and a spacious bathroom. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Twin and a spacious bathroom. All mattresses are Tuft & Needle and have mattress protectors on them. All 4 bedrooms have smart TVs, as well as the living room. You will be able to stream from your favorite serivces on all tvs. All TVs also have the Sling App for basic cable use.

The kitchen is equipped with all of the things you will need.

Enjoy sitting on the new deck with your coffee or cocktail and listen to the peaceful ocean waves. For those with little ones, we installed a locking gate at the top of the deck.

We do not provide linens; guest will have to bring their own sheets and towels. Linens can also be rented from Sharon's Linens. If you wish to rent linens, please let me know when booking as we set it up through our cleaners for a seamless process. Additionally, they offer beach gear and additional baby gear if needed.

We have a high chair, booster seat, full size crib, and baby gate for families staying with small children.

Publix and Food Lion are located on the island and less than 5 minutes from our house.

We have a list in the beach house of our favorite places to order take out or go eat at!

Absolutely no pets or smoking.

Renters must be 25 years of age.

Summer rentals are done weekly Saturday-Saturday. Summer season is considered Mid June to Mid August.
Off season is available with a 2 night minimum stay.

Fun girls weekend
We had such a fun girls weekend in Oak Island. The Pink Pelican was a fantastic place to stay. The house was adorable and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Close to so many things to do. I will keep it on my list of places to stay.

Great Beach Home!

We enjoyed our 6 nights here a few weeks ago. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach and taking a quick drive for food. We have stayed here before and as always the house is perfect for a relaxing getaway and the location cannot be beat. The house is cozy, comfortable, well laid out, and the kitchen is well appointed. Wonderful family getaway
We love Oak Island, and The Pink Pelican was perfect for us ( 6 adults and 3 young kids). Plenty of room. We loved being right on the beach, and the back deck with rocking chairs was ideal for the evenings. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Definitely recommend, and would love to come back again!

This home exceeded our expectations. It looked just like the photos & comfortably accommodated 9 of us. The ocean view was amazing & beach access was right next to the property. A perfect stay
Absolutely wonderful stay. This is a perfect house for families, and the location could not have been better. Great communication from the host. LOVED the bedroom arrangements, giving us several options for kids/no kids/teen. Spacious and inviting common space.
