"We were promised internet/wifi and it didn’t work the entire trip. Contacted the property and she said it was but it wasn’t working until the day we checked out. The beds are IKEA very cheap. Clean but cheap. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The TV didn’t have an outlet to plug into or an extension cord to reach to another plug. Finally found an extension coming from the side of the refrigerator on the other side of the wall but had to move the tv over to reach. Once turned on, we were back...

"Nice place, close to Metro and great neighborhood with many restaurants and things to do. Too bad the pool and hot tub were closed down for the season it was still in the 80’s in mid October. Really, no complaints about our stay. Highly recommend!"

"Probably saved $500 cause Costco was soooo close! Lily replied quickly with each request; and one that was done…no more contacting Lily cause I had everything I needed! The apartment complex is also well maintained with friendly staff. Hope I can get back for Christmas with our son who works in DC!"

"My wife, son and I needed a quick getaway Easter weekend and this was perfect. Then property is in Dupont Circle steps away from the sprawling Sunday Farmers Market and location to great food and bars, all within walking distance. The property was as described, clean, spacious and quiet."

"Just returned from our family trip to DC. We stayed from Mon - Fri with our (2) kids (ages 6 and 15). Cannot say enough good things about our experience :) Apartment was exactly as pictured, very clean and Lily was great with communication/questions/area info, etc. We also had zero issues with check in. Location is fantastic!! The metro is a short walk away (few minutes), but we chose to drive to DC as needed - as this was also an extremely short drive. Highly recommend staying here and would...

"This unit is managed by an offsite property manager who is basically non-responsive. Owners would not communicate at all. It took 1-2 days to hear from property manager about some significant problems - broken cable for internet connection that we figured out how to fix ourselves after two days with no connection, barely any water flowing from bathroom sink, no hot water in kitchen and shower, uncollected garbage that was strewn around parking area, and the list goes on. No items were fixed...

"First, the apartment is not remodeled, the lights in the kitchen and living room do not work, they had a lamp in the living room which we had to use for the kitchen, some outlets do not work either and they do not respect parking rights, the dishwasher and the toilet are clogged and do not They leave enough towels, they left three and we are 7 people. "We always stay at Glover Park Hotel when visiting our son who attends American. It is a great spot. Restaurant is good. Rooms are nice. It is not overly fancy but it get's it done very well. We have always been happy with our stay."
