"Nice hotel, loved the balcony even though it was a little noisy with the street traffic. Overall great stay for our family, but disappointed with room cleaning service. We were there 3 nights, called at 11 am after night 2 to get the room cleaned and were assured all rooms get cleaned Saturday regardless. However, we came back at 6:30 pm to the room not being cleaned. Called again for service and left to dinner to kill time. Upon coming back after dinner 2 hours later with tired kids, the beds...
