"This property is easy to navigate, well-lit, tidy, pet friendly, & very convenient for our weekend get-away. We visited family close by, we were able to bring our 13 year old dog. "Highly recommend! Stayed the weekend for a girls getaway birthday celebration. Steve, the host, was prompt with responding to questions. The accommodations are relatively new and very nice! Beautiful river views and above the cocktail bar that had a fun performer on Friday evening. We met several local people who were very friendly - a great small community! We are planning on coming back when warmer weather comes to take advantage of the deck."

"I needed a place to stay while visiting for work in Davenport. The apartment was very clean and check in process was smooth. It was a bit farther from downtown than I expected but close enough to the freeway that it wasn’t an issue. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions and concerns setting my mind at ease.
