« We were three generations, ages 1 to 74, who enjoyed the house and its broad views across the water. The property was clean, well-maintained, thoughtfully designed and furnished, and comfortable, with ample room for all six of us. The owner, Scott, was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is quiet, with a community beach close by. Overall, as all the other reviewers have commented, this easily earns a five star rating. »

« We had such a lovely time staying at this house. It was absolutely immaculate inside and appointed with everything we could need and more. The house is light and airy inside, which helped when we had a few days of rain. The location is secluded in the woods (be careful, we did find ticks on us) but a short drive away from the beaches. We will definitely be back »

« Thanks to Josh's great hosting, the comfort of the house, it's coziness, and well stocked kitchen, we had the best Christmas holiday. It's been a while since my family has been able to spend the holidays comfortably under the same roof. « The house itself is just as described and a great location. The host was responsive and helpful leading up to check-in. I would recommend taking pictures on the first day of your stay as I was blamed for carpet stains that were already there. You may also want to let the host know how many cars you plan to have in the drive way as the neighbors will perceive it as a party and call if not known before. »

« Our family of 5 with teen and adult children loved our week in this beautiful home. Everything was perfect upon arrival - we enjoyed the pool space outside. Pool was lovely and well cared for - the entire property was. Walking into town everyday for coffee, nearby beaches(lighthouse and Chappy) and walking to l'etoile, Atria, the Atlantic and Alchemy for dinners was a breeze. We had plenty of space when we watched a movie all together or played games. We would love to return to this lovely spot!...

« Overall the house is nice. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. However, the basement, where 3 of the bedrooms are located, is very damp and musty. We pulled out the sofa bed and there were mice droppings all over the mattress. Although there was a large humidifier going on at all times (loud!) it's not enough. Those who slept in the basement did not enjoy the stay. That is why I couldn't give it more stars. »

« This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch.
