Use the stainless steel appliances to prepare pancakes and eggs in the full kitchen (including silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils), and open the sliding glass doors to let in the fresh ocean breezes from the deck. Throw on your bathing suits, shorts, and tennis shoes and spend the day enjoying the wonderful onsite facilities. Swim and sunbathe at the outdoor pool, book a lesson and practice your backhand on one of the three tennis courts, and join your loved ones for an afternoon at the shared picnic area. This two-level townhouse is part of The Island Inn on Martha's Vineyard, a five-acre resort that sits one mile south of downtown Oak Bluffs. Take morning walks to the beautiful shores of Joseph Sylvia State Beach (half a mile south) and Inkwell Beach (one mile north), tee off at the Farm Neck Golf Club to the east, and treat your children to a spin on the Flying Horses historic carousel one mile north. Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space; the second-floor bedroom being a lofted space, semi-open to the floor below.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
