"Way overpriced. Only 2 bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels. No hair dryer. Inadequate coffee and no creamer in room. Shuttle didn’t pick up at airport. Only 2 pillows for a “deluxe double” bed. Complimentary breakfast was leftover food from night before. This room should have been priced at $30 per night, I paid $138. Total rip-off "

"I would like to make a note of Ricky, whom after I had an awful experience at your airport, calmed me down and took me to the store for some beer. Your hotel is very convenient for a pass thru onto islands. Would definitly recommend. I don't know if you can do anything with the cab driver problem. My first stop in Indonesia was Jakarta. "The rooms were nice and light, spacious, and airy. The hotel was nice and modern although there were a few areas where you could see already that there will be wear and tear. The infinity pool was very nice and great view of the harbour at sunset. There isn’t much to do in Labuan bajo itself but the hotel is well located for the airport / town / port / food night market. This was a good one night stop after arriving in Labuan Bajo and before departing on a Komodo cruise the next day."

"Amazing expereince and extremely social hostel. I would recommend if you are looking for a social/party based hostel but still want your own privacy. The only thing is that the showers only had cold water so that sucked. Also the bed tends to get REALLY heated at nighttime because the AC isn't strong enough. But otherwise really good restaurant at the rooftop and good facilities. "
