"Requested different accommodations this visit and our room was just perfect. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful and courteous. We had two great nights at Split Rock. WE did not use the restaurant facilities since we like to go to two of our favorite restaurants which are: Terra-Cottage and for a casual dinner Shenanigans. Also, there is a great market at the Hub on the hotel grounds."

"The owner was very sweet and helpful. We spun out in the snow and needed a last minute place to stay. I felt so safe and welcomed at this place. He helped us out the best he could despite being in the middle of a snow storm. My boyfriend and I will forever appreciate all of the help the owner offered during a rough time"

"We had a great stay at the Radisson Lackawanna Station with our two boys ages 4 and 3. The staff was nice and accommodating. The boys enjoyed exploring different parts of the hotel, it was sweet. We read that the rooms were small before getting there but we felt they were a god size when we got there. Overall a really nice time and good experience. "

"The property is easy to get to. The lobby is clean and there is an outdoor area with fire pit. Breakfast is good! The gym and spa area are nice. My only complaint is the bathroom looked quickly cleaned, leaving hair in the shower and dirt in the corners of the room. "
