"The rooms are very clean however was lacking comfort and coziness. The rooms are unnecessarily big and seemed somewhat cold. I wish that the arrangement of furniture would bring more warmth to the overall feel of the room. A concrete example would be to have extra seating area, a more comfy couch, a touch of greenery or some art work that could make it feel more homey. These are first world problems that I am describing, however the price of the room in a secluded place like Venise En Québec would warrant such upgrades. Overall enjoyed my stay. Great staff, restaurant, spa and cleanliness. "

"All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful but, the one who stands out the most was Paul. He was taking care of the breakfast area and he was very attentive and polite to everyone that came in. He made sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of."
