"I visited the hotel around the same time last year while COVID was still a popular word. The service quality remains high this time though the price is higher which could be expected. We stayed at a room on 10th floor overlooking the sea and enjoying the picturesque view. We had our superb meals served inside our room by a young lady Rika San who was professional. I noticed a whole family of sea lions/ otters(?) swimming in the early morning just around the harbour dam downstair. We...

"Beautiful area and lots of parking available. No dining options except in the hotel. Very large room with everything you would need but looked like it was in the middle of an update at some stage. "

"The ANA Crowne Plaza was a great place to stay! Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great view from our room, and although the property is a but dated, it is meticulously and lovingly maintained. Our room had a full bathtub and some great free amenities to relax… bath salts, eye masks, and teas replenished daily. Highly recommended. Right y the train station and so many shops and restaurants! "

Nice place for a weekend get away

"We stayed for 2 nights. It's a great spot near the train station. The beds were comfy and rooms felt very private. Loved the spa amenities and breakfast. While they do not service the rooms every day, they left is a goodie bag of fresh towels and toiletries which we very much appreciated. The only down side was that there was some mold in the shower and near the vent. "
