"Wow what can l say, the hotel is in the most perfect location, right on the beach. The room was spacious and the bed so comfortable. A special mention to the guys on the reception desk, they were so friendly and welcoming. On arrival we were upgraded to an ocean view room, was given a glass of champagne and because it was my daughter’s birthday, they sent up a bottle of champagne to her suite. Service absolutely outstanding, can’t wait to stay at the Grand hotel again. Thank you "

"Lovely location being close to Glenelg beach and the tram stop was less than 100 metres away. The negative was our room wasn’t serviced and there were a couple of big cockroaches in the room that we had to smother!"
