"The host was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We were allowed a later check-out since no other guests were coming in that day, which was perfect for our schedule. The set-up worked great for us with our adult children along and everyone had space to spread out. "Really nice cottage. Great location. Quiet. Langley is fun. Would go go back, but: I booked with VRBO, then got handed off to Vacasa as the property manager. Way more hoops to go through than any other VRBO booking I've done. They were responsive, but demanding. Maybe good for the owner, a pain for me. Next time I book with VRBO and get handed to Vacasa I will cancel. The cottage is really nice. "

The code to the door didn’t work, and after trying it numerous times, we texted Vacasa and they responded with a different code for the lock box which got us in with a key.
