"We had a great time at the cottage. Our 2 year old grand daughter loved the s'mores by the fire. We brought along all we needed for Thanksgiving Dinner and the kitchen was so well equipped that we actually could have roasted our turkey there but we had that done at home. Frank and Val have thought of everything you might need for a great stay! Frank was very quick to respond to any requests we had and the instructions for use of the cottage were very clear. "November 8th - November 13th There are not enough words to describe this property!! The amount of care that is put into everything is amazing. Beth has thought of EVERYTHING you could need...just when you think "Hmm, she probably doesn't have that..." just open a drawer, and there's a great chance you'll find it! The cottage was sparkling clean, the location/view was exactly as shown in the pics, it's phenomenal. We stayed there for 5 nights and I think we had the best sleep we've had in years!...

"We enjoyed our 4 night stay at The Lodge. The ocean view and sunrises were awesome. The house was comfortable and had lots of room to hang out when we were not out checking out all the nearby attractions. Could maybe use a few more plates and cutlery along with dish towels which we could not find. All around a good first Vrbo experience. "

"My 22-y-o granddaughter joined me for her first trip out of the US. I chose this cottage for its proximity to Halifax, Peggy’s Cove, and the rocky coast. It was perfect for the two of us, plenty of room, very comfortable, well-supplied kitchen, excellent WiFi, and beautiful walks. The owners responded immediately and helpfully to a mechanical issue.
