"I made a prepaid reservation so my son could check in the day before me. He doesn't have the money for anything. They sent me the paperwork online, so I was able to get everything done before he arrived. The only drawback came when we checked out. Due to weather conditions, we left a day early. I was not refunded for the last day that we didn't stay because it was prepaid. And yes, I did ask for a refund. When I made the reservation the weather was supposed to be fine. Too bad I can...
