Basic businesses in Athens, Dollar General, Post Office, CVS and a park all within walking distance or a 5 minute drive. Eating establishments limited however Princeton,WV is a quick 15 minute drive. « Nice clean house. Good location for outlaw trail riding. H&M trails a lil further away. Good parking but could be more parking closer to the house. The only main complaint several people had was the barking dogs in the neighborhood. Overall a good stay and would stay again if wanting that area. »

« Had a lovely time. House is great and beautifully furnished. Enjoyed all the rooms. Some suggestions: 1. the bunk bed room was freezing cold, might want to add a heat source 2. You should advertise that there are two refrigerators in the kitchen. We loved that, but we all brought large coolers for beverages and they weren’t needed. 3. Problem in the upstairs bathroom, the sink did not drain properly. May want to look at that immediately. 4. Those who used that upstairs bath suggested...

« Perfect place to stay if you have a large group with a ton of machines and big trucks and trailers. We had 12 Adults in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. And the game room/livingroom/private bedroom addition is perfect for those who don’t want to go to sleep when the others do. Shelby was an awesome host and was super responsive to any of our needs. Definitely coming back again and recommend this place to everyone. Also great location for Outlaw trails and Hatfield systems. »
