"The woman and young man who work at night are very nice. There are a lot of convenience stores, restaurants, and food stalls in the area. With that said, there was gum on the wall and sticky stuff in the fridge. The sheets weren’t clean and WiFi and power were inconsistent. I had to get a chair and unplug and replug the WiFi box in the hall every hour if I wanted to use it (and I needed it for work). OK for locals, not great for tourists."

"The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. "Fabulous luxury. We were welcomed with a fruit drink snd dried fruits while seated in cushy armchairs for registration in a spacious grand reception area/lobby with high ceilings and chandeliers. No standing in line at all. Our ninth floor deluxe room had a most comfortable bed and fluffy huge pillows. Marble surrounded most of the bathroom accented with tile and natural light filtered through a glass window with shades. Breakfast offerings were extensive and delicious ranging from croissants to pho soup. Yes, a chocolate fountain flowed in the corner. The rooftop restaurant, infinity pool and Ignite bar had tremdous views of the city. Reception staff, Ann and Linh provided excellent assistance in shipping a package overseas in a timely fashion. All the staff members from housekeeping and concierge to bell staff, wait persons and food service staff were gracious, attentive and helpful. Indeed, we must return."
