I'd consider this a Boutique Hotel meaning it has more charm than modern conveniences. Food and breakfast in their 11th floor restaurant was excellent. The staff was over the top in their warmth and assistance. Special shout outs to: Audbrey, Son, and Mingh!"

"Great hotel with fantastic service. We had breakfast in the top floor restaurant which has great views of the city and extensive menu options. There is also a lovely roof top bar. It’s really convenient for walking to restaurants, cafes, shops and sites. Close to the old quarter, lake, water puppet theatre (which was brilliant). A great base. "

"Wonderful staff that make your stay easy and trouble free. Breakfast buffet was excellent with great variety of fresh juices, fruit, veggies, salads, different a la Carte option, etc. The sky bar was excellent with great selection of cocktails which were very professionally made. Location in the old quarter was also very convenient. We had an excellent stay!"

"Check in was amazing! We arrived at 1:30 AM and the staff could not have been more friendly. Our “butler” greeted us with champagne. The hotel is beautiful, clean and our room was spacious with every amenity you can think of! "
