"When I initially checked-in I was given a room on the first floor, which was already occupied by someone else. Due to this error hotel upgraded me to a better room, which was good. However, while using soap pump in the restroom when washing hands, the soap would splash, and it was difficult to use shampoo/conditioner/body wash pumps as well in the shower. My stay was not as comfortable as I would have liked it. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really good though too expensive."

"This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. For your convenience there is a grocery store and pharmacy less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The tram is also about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. My room had a sink with a slow drain. This tends to be a common problem wherever I stay. Inconvenient for sure. The bed in my room had an awkward, downward slant toward the...
