"Wonderful place to stay. Everything was outstanding. This next comment is for property management as suggestion in room prep. Not as a criticism of property. Property is fantastic. It was 20 degrees outside, unusual for Ruston, Louisiana. We were rather cold and entered our room to 53 degrees room temperature! It took twenty minutes of having heat turned up to get warm. "

"Overall, a nice stay. The mirror light in the bathroom was not working which made for a dim morning prep, but all else was OK. Will mention that there was a nice breakfast."

"The staff was super helpful and check in was sent via email and so here at the hotel it was set as ready. The property seemed safe and smelt clean. The fixtures in the restroom definitely could use an upgrade as they are literally falling off. Also providing in the closet some additional blankets would be helpful. "

"Great place to have an event or just stay for the weekend and explore the beautiful and quaint town of Marshall. Food is fantastic and the decor is beautiful. Rooms are very clean with no carpeting. I can’t wait to go and try the pool when it opens. The front desk looked up my rewards number and always had coffee available even very early in the morning. Breakfast is warm and they have healthy options also. This is our second stay. Can’t wait to go again. "
