Very little stairs to get into the unit compared to the upstairs but for us old folks it was perfect. Met Todd for the first time and enjoyed visiting with him as well as Bree who met us checking in. Place was super clean. The only negative would be it needs more lighting in the kitchen if you are going to cook otherwise it's probably okay for those who don't bring in...
