"We enjoyed our stay! The customer service was beyond exceptional, even over the Christmas holiday. I gave it a 4 because the heated pool was closed, the hot tub is smaller and was occupied throughout our stay, and the lights weren't as impressive as I expected (personal opinion). The restaurant on sight had good service, but the food is mediocre for the prices charged. I would not eat there again. I highly recommend the breakfast with Santa and the North Pole Experience. Both made the stay worth...
