"The location on the Riverwalk is perfect. Our room was small with a tiny bathroom and closet. I expected it to be more luxurious for the price. The balcony was very small, but had a lovely view of the river and the Christmas lights. Very noisy at night, though. I don’t think we will stay here again. "

"Beautiful Historic Hotel just steps from The Alamo. Very affordable and comfortable. The Crocket Tavern had yummy food and great drinks. Will definitely stay here again. "

"We liked how the hotel is right on the riverwalk. We enjoyed going for walks and knowing we were close by incase we tired. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Would appreciate better maintenance for the pool, it was too dirty to swim in. Dishes inside room also need to be checked and cleaned. "
