"One more restaurant option would be good. Pools are really cold in the winter. We got a room with a “Jacuzzi” but the water was extremely cold. The staff was the BEST. They made our days more fun. We stayed for 6 days. Barbecue day was my favorite. I missed some good steak on the buffet but besides that the food was great. "

"This is horrible place that I strongly recommend against. Very old, in poor repair, and with lots of serious problems. In 7 days I had 4 days with "hot water" that was not hot, and one day with no hot water (nothing came out of the faucet). The air conditioner was weak and not able to maintain the room at a comfortable temperature during the day. Don't go to this hotel. "

I got sick and was assisted by Eric that facilited getting medical help, Jeferson was really nice to help me with diner requests and Valdir at the bar has great drinks recommendation. Overall a very pleasant stay as always , this is my 3rd time back. Looking forward to more. "

"Veru pleasant stay at this hotel. They have good options at the restaurant with reasonable prices, entertainment, good free breakfast, sauna, and a nice small game room. When booking, be aware of the location of the room, the high up ones can be quite the walk up, but with amazing views. They also have a photography service, rental car booth, excursion booth and clothing store. Staff was amazing they were always so helpful. Our room was a little outdated compared to our friend's, but it was...
