"As soon as I got to the property to check in the staff told me I had to go get cash to put down a deposit to get my room even though I had a reservation through Expedia the room was dirty the sheets were nasty the towels were disgusting and there were bed bugs that we found later on in the evening wish cost us a lot of time and amount of money to get rid of"

"We actually were moved to a sister hotel, Gardenwalk due to booking issues. Gardenwalk was a very nice hotel, clean. Construction was going on but did not affect us much. Upon check-in they put us in a room with a king-sized bed for 3 people. Upon request, we were moved to 2 double beds as originally booked. Very friendly front desk staff."
