"The property is located in a busy mall area. There is a Chinese restaurant attached. Other reviews mentioned homeless, I did see them at the Tim Hortons across the parking lot (Shell gas station & Tim Hortons are side by side). I had no interaction with them. Front desk locks doors at night for safety which is an added bonus. Overall good stay. Room was a little dirty when we got in (bathroom dirty, hair on bed) but the housekeeper cleaned it up right away when notified. Front desk super...

"We stayed over the holidays and didn't travel around, so can't comment on the location's convenience. The kids loved the pool table, and the house itself is very comfortable and modern. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. However, there were a few issues with cleanliness—water bottles and Kleenex left under the bed from the previous guests, and the coffee maker was not cleaned, with mold present. Additionally, the tips of the pool cues were all missing."

"Stayed for a family getaway with my kids. After busy days doing different activities around the city, this was a great place to relax and recharge.
