"All hotel staffs are great, only last minutes upon check out, lady came to me and said because we ( 7 people ) check out at 12.00, we can’t have any drinks and dinner anymore at the hotel, it’s strange hotel policy. Be aware if you have late night flight like me, you’ll not able to have dinner here. I’ll not come back here even have beautiful view"

"Was threatened by another guest in front of host and was told it was a joke. I was told he would throw me from the stairs. The guest repeated himself three times and jammed the keyway of the door so I could not enter my room. The host supported his actions by explaining he had a good character reference. I left the place after the next day and threatened them with legal action......it' a shame people don't under hate speech is not funny and should not be tolerated."

"Our stay at Over the Moon was superb. From the beautiful decor, to the relaxing atmosphere, the stunning views of the city and most importantly the kind and outstanding service from Christine, Brian and everyone here. "Excellent view of the city from our room. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Spacious accommodation with stocked fridge. King size bed was huge and comfortable."

"The Duty Managers, Martha and Bax were amazing - discreet helpful friendly. The only improvement we could propose is that breakfast times be extended to 10 am and when cooked, it be served hot.Otherwise everything else was very good,"
