This unique unit is a must-stay.

We've set up this place to accommodate you comfortably in this well-appointed condo. You'll feel right at home with all the amenities, (when you're not outside enjoying the beautiful New Jersey beach!)

From the tastefully decorated rooms, to the two smart tv's with Bose Bluetooth capable sound bar to the kitchen nook stocked with the essentials, we want your visit to Wildwood to be so enjoyable that you'll beg to book this unit year after year.

Beautiful free public beach only 1 block away! No beach tags required.

Assigned parking limited to 1 car per Unit.

Guests are required to bring linens, towels, paper products and toiletries.

Outdoor heated pool is available from 10AM to 8PM (** June-sept only**). Pool closes after Irish weekend Sept. 24th. Children 12 years old and under entry only with an adult.

After returning from the beach, sand must be washed off before entering the pool or the condo. Outdoor shower located poolside.

No loud noise after 10:00 PM, please be considerate to others residents.

Strict Maximum occupancy is 5 people including children.

**Renting guest must be at least 25 years old, provide valid ID and sign rental agreement**

My mother and I had a lovely stay. Condo is beautifully decorated and so convenient to walk one block to the beach! Very clean and comfortable. The short walk to the sea wall and to many restaurants was a plus! Will definitely book again!

Cozy little spot!

We loved our stay! It is in a perfect location. Easy to get to restaurants, beach, boardwalk, and playgrounds. The place is small, but has all you need for a beach trip! Oh and the pool is soooo nice to have for days you don’t want to brave the beach!

Condo in a great location. One block from beach, which is right at the beach bathrooms and food truck. Condo is very nice and clean. I would go again. Just know it is small. I would not have more than 4 people. Perfect for 2 adults and two maybe three children. Condo well kept and owers very responsive to questions.

Country Music Fest weekend

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The condo was super clean, and perfect for a mom/daughter getaway for the country music festival. Super close to all the attractions and restaurants, we had a great time. The deck on the third floor was a bonus place to hang out and look at the ocean, we would definitely rent again!!

Cousins' Reunion

We're a group of cousins in our 70s. My SIL and I shared this condo which was about 1 block from the beach. Because of bad weather, the beaches between 2nd and 7th are nonexistent. So, this condo is in a really great location, a short walk to the 7th Avenue beach. It was clean, cute, and comfortable.

I loved everything about our stay! I was so worried when I booked thru VRBO that the photos or details of unit would not be accurate. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I walked it. The unit, pool & grounds were clean. It's a small unit...great for a family of 4...super cozy! The owners were incredibly responsive. The other guests at the pool were very friendly and respectful. The beach is only a block away, nice quiet residential neighborhood with all the restaurants and stores a short distance away. It was a comfortable, relaxing and hassle free vacation! You won't be disappointed if you stay here! I can't wait to stay there again!

Great condo in North Wildwood!

Great little condo only a block from the beach! We booked last minute for a quick getaway and we are so happy we did! Owner was very helpful and accommodating, and information was readily available and accurately listed. Great option for a small family. Would recommend. The beach in this area is perfect for little kids and the pool at the complex was a nice add (the pool has a shallow kids area, which was really great!).

Great place for a beach getaway

Great location - one block to the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk. Very nicely furnished and kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. The pool is well maintained and typically not busy due to being limited to residents and guests. Owner was very responsive during booking and check-in.
