"I throughly enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific we received a complimentary room upgrade with a view of Marina Bay which was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was always perfectly clean and quiet. The overall experience was excellent and I would recommend the hotel."

"Overall excellent except when we ate at the buffet, we were told to sit outside and flies start coming. I asked to be moved inside and we were accommodated. However the same lady asked me again do I have a reservation while we were already sitting inside, the restaurant is empty. It felt like we were treated indifferently because of our race. Why are we being seated outside when the restaurant is empty and it remained empty until we left an hour and half later. "
