"Right off the highway, Howie’s home is easily accessible but still quiet and cozy. The suite is down a staircase to a private entrance to the basement of the home. Howie was a very communicative host and we felt very comfortable there. If you have a car, this is a great place to stay - free parking, easy drive to the city and super easy drive to cypress for skiing!"

"I was in Vancouver during a somewhat stressful family time. Nilly and Behrooz were the perfect hosts. Their unit is well appointed, quiet, cozy, very clean and accurately described in the VRBO listing. Communication was transparent and easy. While unobtrusive, Nilly and Behrooz checked in periodically to see if I had everything I needed and responded to questions very quickly. Appliances have their usage labeled clearly. Special touches include a little basket of information about navigating local attractions and transit, a welcoming tray of little edible treats, and plenty of coffee for the stay.While most places in N. Vancouver have lots of stairs to navigate, this unit has a back entrance that is accessible and the whole property is well lit in the evenings. "We were very happy with this rental. It was modern, spotlessly clean and had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable and the heated floors were a wonderful luxury. The entire back of the house is windows onto a forested natural ravine with a creek below and walking trails. The trails can be accessed just down the street a short walk. Groceries were close by as was downtown NVan and WVan for supplies. It was just a short drive to skiing at Cypress Mountain.The master bed was so comfortable that my husband wanted to see who made the mattress so we could buy one!It is on a busy street, but the house is quiet and well-insulated inside so street noise was not an issue. Having laundry downstairs was convenient.We would definitely stay here again. A lovely rental!"
