"Overall it’s a nice place. Especially the design and the atmosphere. Very beautiful outdoors. I would call it five-ish stars hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it. Had to come out and sort the check out when ordering room service (even though I notified I have credit for the room) - was a bit annoying but everything sorted. "Terrific resort hotel. Basically had the entire place to ourselves. The pool was beyond amazing, and the food in the restaurant was exceptional. Entire staff were so kind and available. The best think was the tranquility of the area. You are far away from the chaos of downtown Chiang Mai."

"Overall, we had a very comfortable stay at the Swiss Lanna Lodge. Miss Toto and Miss Nam had provided us with an exceptional level of service and answered all our queries with a friendly demeanour. The only downside is that we suspect one of the beds has dust mites which resulted in one of my friends to have a bad rash."
