« My friend and I (both early 20s) stayed here in the middle of Feb 2025. The condo was small but perfect for what we needed. There was a washer and you can hang clothes out on the balcony. The view was incredible from the rooftop pool and it was not too busy. There is a 24-hour 711 across the street that had all the basics. The condo is walking distance from many amazing restaurants and only about 100 BHT (4 USD) to take a Grab (their Uber brand) into Chiang Mai's Old City. »

« This was one of the best / most relaxing stays I had in all of ChiangMai! Geoff and Yumi were great host. So kind and welcoming. The apartment itself is modern, super clean, organized and just a dream to sleep in. Quiet neighborhood, close to markets and the city. A must stay! »

« We had such a good time while visiting Chiang Mai. This is more of a condo then hotel & it was wonderful. The location was a quick ride from the airport. It is located in a quieter part of town but not to far from the action. The room was perfect for our family and well stocked with everything we needed. Haoxin Bai was very helpful & responded quickly to my messages. We would definitely stay her again & would recommend it. »

« Apartment style with hotel style ammenities. The owners are very nice and accomidating with recommendations for the area. Great communication. Located a short walkable distance outside the old city walls offering a quieter more local experience. Has a big gate that locks at night (10 I believe) giving added security. Very clean and well maintained. Room serviced daily. There is a nice bakery pretty close by. Recommend 10/10. Stayed 5 nights but would stay longer. »

« Everything was PERFECT. Nothing bad to say about this place and we did a lot of hotels during our trip. It was clean, well secure, beautiful, nice pool and view, cheap ($), perfectly located for us (not in the old town but close enough). Would definitely go again!!!!! »
