"We booked at Club Wyndham at the Grove through Expedia. Somehow, they over booked and our reservation was canceled. We didnt know until we were checking in, after hours of driving. It was an awful experience. After speaking with Expedia,for sometime and getting hotels moved twice, we were sent to Ocean Drive Resort. As you can image, we were tired and frustrated but they were so nice snd helpful with the checkin. Everyone at the front desk and security at the dooe was hospitable and helpful! We...

"Everyone from the front desk, pool bar, engineering/repairs to the cleaning staff were so wonderful and accommodating. We would have had a smooth stay but for a couple of hiccups/issues with one of the bathrooms and the dishwasher. However, once the showerhead/leak issue was communicated to the hotel, it was promptly resolved to our satisfaction. Bottom line is: they are very customer focused! We loved it there and will definitely be back! "

"My room was beautiful! Plenty of space for my family. Check in was a breeze. Only negative was roaches (palmetto) on the balcony. I never seen them in the room or inside facility but did make utilizing the balcony rather difficult. "
