"The rooms smell awful. The staff (especially the older restaurant staff) is rude and waits for tips without earning it. The receptionists were nice though! This five star hotel does NOT provide laundry services. They said it’s because they are really busy but the hotel was empty so that doesn’t add up. The housekeepers were always visible. "So first I will say the staff is friendly. From there I cannot recommend this hotel. Three major problems. The first is the picture shows that it’s on the beach but the fact is it’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach.
