The hotel is very convenient, it's a 1 min walk from the metro station and a 2 min walk from the very vibrant shopping streets. definitely having the cumberland as my go to hotel whenever im in london. ps: pillows aren't very comfy to sleep on"

"I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Yes it feels dated and in need of modernising in a few areas, but I hear that's coming this year. The corridors are a bit of a maze too, so would be annoying if you had lots of heavy cases The staff were incredibly friendly, the bar is a good place to hang out, and the Premium room I opted for was big and spacious. The only thing was that anyone over five foot eight would struggle with the shower as it's tiny Other than that, wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

"The location was super close to the train station and all kinds of foods and stores. The staff was SO KIND. Like truly welcoming. The room was small but had everything we needed- fridge, water kettle, heater, bed, window, shower and toilet. It was very clean as well! It was exactly what we needed and we will stay there again! "
