"It wasnt clear how to lower the air conditioning temperature. Too hot all night long. Loved the ambience of the hotel and discovered that amazing main staircase from the original hotel. "The hotel was lovely. It’s located in a great part of the city, many restaurants, museums and shopping. Also close to the Tube station. The staff were very attentive and helpful in whatever we needed. Only one downside for me was the mattress was harder and my hips hurt."
