"Great location, easy walk to the beach. Check out required laundering the towels, but no detergent was provided at the unit. Also, would be nice to have a small amount of dishwashing detergent. A few maintenance issues were noted and sent to the property manager."

Guest services responded quickly when we couldn’t figure out the TV. Just make sure you know that the property is located inside the Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort and you check in at their front desk. We loved this property and would highly recommend it."

"Spent 5 nights. Clean on arrival, nice place, good view. Several issues including WiFi not operating, only one dishwasher soap, no dish soap or towels or dish cloths. Borrowed from sister. Required to laundry towels on departure but provided no laundry soap. No hand soap in kitchen, not much toilet paper. Other condos we've stayed in AZ, FL, CA all this provided, which it should be to a certain extent."

"The guest bedroom door on the main floor was off its hinge, so you had to lift it in order to close the door. Also, there was no bedside lamp, so reading in bed was impossible. Most importantly, there were no instructions on how to adjust the air conditioning, so it was very chilly,"
