"The location of this vacation house was ideal for walking and touring the Capita and within walking distance to a grocery and convenience stores. The house was clean and organized. A couple of upgrades would make it a little more comfortable. My only inconvenience I expressed to the owner was they have infant children upstairs and you could hear them walking around. "The house was exactly what we needed for our short trip to DC. It had the perfect amount of space for our family of 4 and a parking spot for our rental car! The house was clean and comfortable, and it didn’t feel like a garden unit. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The library of congress was only about 10-15 min walk and a 25-30 min walk to the National Archives. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this place for families."
