"I like the hotel. It needs a dark out curtain as streetlight was coming thru transparent curtain. Overall cleanliness was good. Check in staffs are ineligible for the job they are doing, very impolite, and rude."

The pool was closed (probably its outdoor pool during winter). Room we got very spacious. Minor issue with water faucet (which was off and have to smartly adjust to get the warm or hot water - cause its winter cold where the cold water was too cold to use).
