Staff friendly (even when you leave behind your ID and cause issues with check in). Staff were great. Thank you for being accommodating. "Rhapsody is a wonderful place to stay for a holiday getaway. My family and I were always greeted by staff with a positive demeanour. The room that my family and I stayed in was a lovely layout. We had an ocean view apartment. However, there was some slight obstruction on the right-hand side of the view with cranes due to the construction of 2 new towers being built. Luckily, the left-hand side was purely beach and ocean. The cleanliness was at a good level. However, some surfaces such as under the dryer and on top of the washing machine were a bit dusty, and the stove top had some minor stains. However, this did not affect our stay. Overall, I would recommend Rhapsody Resort to anyone wanting to stay very close to the heart of Surfers Paradise and I thank (on behalf of my family and I) all the staff for a very lovely, pleasant and memorable 9 nights."
