« My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The owner was very responsive to all communication and was very nice to let us do a late check out. The house was plenty big enough for 4 adults, a child and two small dogs. Its in a great location central to everything in Erie. The house was clean upon our arrival and remodled very nice. For the nightly weekend rate it was more than resonable. My only complant would be that the outside stairs were covered in ice when we arrived. I know ice has been bad...

« We stayed here for 3 nights while in Erie for a gymnastics competition. The house really is dreamy- we arrived at night, so we did not get to enjoy the amazing view until we woke up the next morning… and it did not disappoint!! Wow!! « It is an older home. It was perfect for a one night stay. Things that could be improved: The steps were somewhat cleared of snow, the driveway was not. It should have been cleared. We were able to pull one car onto the drive, but the smaller car would have gotten stuck and had to park in the street.There were no hand towels or soap in the bathrooms. « This place was perfect for two days of skiing at Peek and Peak resort. Less than a ten minute drive to the resort meant I could come back for lunch if needed. « Owner was quick, responsive, and friendly with correspondence and questions prior to and during our stay. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants as we were new to the area. « This property was a great location to everything! 15 mins to the zoo, 5 mins to water park, 5 mins to presque isle. Lots of restaurants close by and an arcade too. Lovely neighborhood friendly neighbors and safe. I recommend this house to any family or just couple for a great vacation. The private access to the beach was the bonus, we went everyday! We will be back. »
